Offer to buy an NFToken owned by another account at an XRP price.

What

Makes an offer to buy someone else's NFT at a price in XRP. The owner can accept it whenever they like.

Why you'd use it

The NFT you want may not be listed. A buy offer lets you name your price and wait — like leaving a standing bid.

How

Enter the NFToken ID you want and the Current Owner's address.
Set your Offer in XRP.
Submit and confirm tesSUCCESS. The owner can now see and accept your offer.
Track it with NFT Offers (buy side); cancel it anytime with Cancel NFT Offers.

Watch out

Your open buy offer locks 0.2 XRP of owner reserve until it resolves — the offer amount itself is only charged if accepted, but you must have it when they accept.
If the NFT changes hands, your offer names the old owner and can no longer be accepted — cancel it to reclaim the reserve.
Offers do not expire on their own unless an expiration was set — clean up stale bids.

For example

A collectible you have wanted for months is not for sale. You place a standing 40 XRP buy offer on it. Three weeks later the owner needs liquidity, sees your bid, and accepts — the swap is atomic and instant.
